Pam's career in real estate began in January 1999 and she enjoyed much success with Long and Foster as both a listing agent and buyer's agent before joining RE/MAX Renaissance of Leesburg, Virginia. She successfully represents clients across the entire real estate spectrum: from condominiums, retirement properties, town and single family homes to land and estate properties. She truly is an across the board expert.

CONSTANTLY IMPROVING HER SKILLS
She earned the distinguishing Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation that combines advanced education and specific experience in buyer representation. She earned the Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC®) designation in 2004 as Choice³ was developing its business plan. Continuing education is important to her as she is simultaneously pursuing the Graduate Realty Institute's (GRI) designation and her Brokers license and will complete both in 2005. Pam joined RE/MAX Renaissance on September 1, 2004 as she and Merv started their real estate consulting business offering clients cost effective choices on buying and selling property.

Her most impressive trait is her sensitivity and thoughtfulness, guiding her clients through complex and sometimes emotional real estate transactions. Her clients unaminously attest to this by the many glowing testimonials she has received.

BACKGROUND
Pam's background includes experience as a legal assistant. This is a benefit to her clients because she has a keen understanding of complex contractual matters. Her passion is genealogy research and not only has she traced the family's lineage, she often volunteers research time for her friends and clients. She also volunteers her time as a member of the Saint James Episcopal church alter guild.

Pam and Merv have been Loudoun County, Virginia residents for over a decade and make their home in Leesburg with twins Chris and Karen who are second year college students.
